Description
Cuplock Scaffolding Standard – Vertical Post for Cuplock Modular Systems | UAE
The Cuplock Scaffolding Standard, also known as the vertical or upright, is the core load-bearing post in the Cuplock modular scaffolding system. Engineered for strength, safety, and speed, this component allows scaffolding crews to assemble structures quickly without compromising stability.
Each vertical is manufactured from high-strength steel tubing with a 48.3mm outer diameter. At 500mm intervals along the tube, there are fixed bottom cups and sliding top cups that securely lock ledgers and transoms in place—no bolts or nuts required. This cup-and-blade system enables fast, accurate, and repeatable connections across various scaffold heights.
Thanks to its robust design and quick-lock mechanism, the Cuplock standard improves productivity while enhancing job site safety. Additionally, its galvanized or painted finish provides long-term protection against corrosion, especially in the UAE’s harsh climate.
Cuplock verticals come in multiple lengths—from 0.5m to 3.0m—and are ideal for high-rise slab support, façade scaffolding, and infrastructure projects.
